Advanced Gymnastics (Ages 7 & Up)

This class is designed for gymnasts ages 7 and up who have mastered Intermediate skills and are ready to advance to more complex movements. Gymnasts will attend one structured hour and 15-minute class per week, focusing on strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in a supportive environment.

Instruction will include proper technique and safety as gymnasts learn key advanced skills such as:
• Front Walkout
• Front Handspring
• Front Tuck
• Round off three backhandspring
• Round off back tuck on Trampoline
• Cartwheel on Beam
• Round off Dismount on Beam
• Undershoot on Bars

$65 per month for one weekly class. 

Most gymnasts attend classes once a week, but if a parent feels their child is ready for more, they are welcome to enroll in multiple classes per week. A $15 multi-class discount will be applied to each additional class. Attending more than one class per week will help gymnasts achieve faster improvement and skill development.
