Girls Gymnastics - Level 3
Intermediate Gymnastics (Ages 6 & Up)
This class is designed for gymnasts ages 6 and up who have mastered beginner skills and are ready to advance to more complex movements. Gymnasts will attend one structured hour and 15-minute class per week, focusing on strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in a supportive environment.
Instruction will include proper technique and safety as gymnasts learn key intermediate skills such as:
• Front Limber
• Back Walkover
• Running Roundoff Rebound
• Handstand Forward Roll with Straight Arms
• Handstand on Beam
• Cartwheel Handstand Dismount on Beam
• Pull-Over on Bars
• Glide Swing on Bars
$65 per month for one weekly class.
Most gymnasts attend classes once a week, but if a parent feels their child is ready for more, they are welcome to enroll in multiple classes per week. A $15 multi-class discount will be applied to each additional class. Attending more than one class per week will help gymnasts achieve faster improvement and skill development.
