Gymnasts will attend one structured hour and 30-minute class per week, focusing on strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in a supportive environment.
Instruction will include proper technique and safety as gymnasts learn key advacned skills such as:
• Front Tuck
• Round off backhandspring Back Tuck
• Aerials
• Backwalkover on Beam
• Back tuck Dismount on Beam
• Round off on Beam
• Kip on Bars
• Squat on on Bars
